Refunds

Refunds must be requested within six months (182 days) of workshop completion. To request a refund, please email info@doublegemini.com with “Refund Request” in the subject.

Refund Processing

After receiving your refund request, we will process your refund. Please allow at least thirty (30) days from the receipt of your request to process your refund. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
